Dear Owners
One of the Agenda items at week’s AGM was the approval of the Minutes from the 2014 AGM. One Owner had already raised a number of queries on these prior to the AGM and these were responded to. Despite the approval of the Minutes being proposed and seconded, it was agreed that both the draft version (V.1) and the final version (V.2) would be circulated to all Owners. Please find both copies attached. I can confirm it is the final version (V.2) that we are looking for approval. Any objections should be raised, via email, to me, no later than 31st July 2015 and these will be circulated to all Owners.
