At the AGM of the 15th July 2015 a vote to terminate the contract with City Factoring has been successful, furthermore a vote cast to appoint The Element Factors was also successful.
As a result the committee suggest that you cease making further payments to City Factoring with immediate effect.
We will advise of the new bank details WC 20th July 2015.
