Following the AGM on 15th July 2015 and the vote to terminate City Factoring’s contract, there has been a lot of miscommunication from them about what the situation is and they maintain that they are still entitled to be the factors for The Element. The Element Factor’s registration, and subsequent approval, would appear to have been slightly delayed due to an administration hitch. We have now received confirmation that their application has been approved by the Scottish Ministers and their details will shortly be reflected on the public register. The Registration No. is confirmed as PF000590.
This supersedes any correspondence issued recently by City Factoring and is decisive confirmation that The Element Factors Ltd are the Property Managers for The Element. All owners should continue to ignore any future communication from City Factoring, irrespective of its content. We would also request that all Owners cancel their standing order or other means of payment to City Factoring if they have not already done so and set up a new standing order to The Element Factors Ltd. The bank details are HSBC, Edinburgh. The sort code is 40-20-44 and account number is 52170574. Any outstanding factoring fees should also be paid to this account.
