The Committee are appointed to act on behalf of the 278 owners of The Element residential development in Newhaven, Edinburgh.

We are governed by our constitution  adopted in 2017 to implement the Deed of Conditions in respect to the development, and ensure compliance by the Owners of their obligations under the same.

The current members of the Committee are as follows:
