At the request of the Cladding Remediation Team at ScotGov, TEF have now provided updated quotes from contractors for the work to undertake the SBAs for our development which has “been selected to progress through to the next phase of the Cladding Remediation Programme” This is from the Cladding Remediation team in an Email dated 1.9.26.
In addition: “The Scottish Government will now work collaboratively with The Element Factors in the coming weeks. Once the team receive your quotes, (already sent) they will be in touch to outline the next stage of the Grant Funding process for SBAs including any further information requirements, engagement arrangements and anticipated timescales.”
TEF will keep owners informed of progress.
